Dexter Description: The Phantom Arsonist continues his spree across Miami. Hannah's father shows up unexpectedly after being released from prison. While congenial at first, things soon turn nasty when he demands money to pay off his gambling debts and threatens to expose her for a past murder. Dexter identifies the arsonist, but hands him over to the department instead of killing him himself. After George threatens to send Nadia to a sex club in the Middle East, Quinn shoots and kills him, then falsifies a motive. LaGuerta and Matthews discover a further connection between Dexter and the Bay Harbor murders. Dexter kills Hannah's father, but keeps it secret from her.
